Otherwise, for good measure my phone no. is 0723047863 of ID-20656845 for which Safaricom MPESA updated the SIM details in filling my correct ‘middle name’-Otieno which was previously lumped with the ‘last name’-Mango. Hope KRA / iTax now validates my PIN with the Hustler Fund asap. Regards,

Dear Inga A / CSA, I’m jus’ from Safaricom who verified all details of my SIM card-(0723047863) of ID-20656845 to be correct as was last updated except for a small technicality in the ‘middle name’-Otieno being lumped together with the ‘last name’-Mango in the MPESA portfolio which they promptly rectified in a second. Hope that settles the issue and you can now have my PIN validated asap. Regards,

Kindly not that the error is as a result of wrong details captured during SIM application hence picking the wrong PIN. Kindly liaise with your Network provider to have the details updated and ensure the number linked to your PIN is the same active one you are using.
If you have not filed the 2022 income tax return, please remember to file your income tax return on or before June 30th 2023 to avoid penalties which is charged at 2000/= annually.
